The Fire Eaters Hamper is for those that love lots of chilli heat in their foods! There is a variety of some of our spiciest products, with the option to add on a chilli extract, for those that want to push the heat to the max! The hamper itself is split willow with straps made of vegan leather and the filler inside is all natural wood wool.
Fire Eaters Hamper includes –
- The Ripper from Grim Reaper – This is currently the hottest sauce we have at The Spice Cupboard. A blend of chilli mashes that will bring the fire to any food you add it to. It even has a warning to not ingest directly, so maybe don’t go dipping your chips in it!
- Five Finger Death Punch from Burning Desire – The hottest sauce from Burning Desire certainly adds a big smack of heat to your dishes! Unlike many novelty hot sauces though, this has a great flavour to compliment the heat.
- Flame from The Chilli Alchemist – Cayenne and Ghost Peppers are the star ingredients here, giving a clean, intense burn. Great for adding to food to pep it up or dipping pizza crusts in!
- Solaris from Burning Desire – Trinidad 7 Pot Scorpion hot sauce that has plenty of heat and a delicious flavour. The honey, mustard and lime compliment the fiery heat perfectly, making it one of our favourites!
- No Remorse Carolina Reaper Cashews – Possibly one of the spiciest snacks around! Cashew nuts are incredibly moreish and when they’re open they don’t usually last long. We’re sure you’ll only manage a few of these at a time though, meaning they’ll last for a while!
- Carolina Reaper Chilli Powder – 100% pure reaper chilli powder, this is a serious ingredient to have in the cupboard. Add a huge amount of heat to your dishes, but add a little at a time – it’s easy to overdo it!
- Coffee & Chipotle Extra Hot & Smoky Rub – Not as hot as the sauces here, but it brings a good amount of heat along with a deliciously deep, smoky flavour. Having a barbeque? This needs to be on the menu!
Choice of Grim Reaper BBQ Rubs
- Dust ‘n’ Bones – Szechuan & Ghost Pepper rub that will simultaneously make your mouth numb and burn! I very interesting experience!
- Charred Remains – A blend of hot chilli powders and other great ingredients that give a great flavour and heavy burn!
- Sands of Time – With 20% Ghost chilli powder, this brings a great deal of spiciness to whatever you rub it on. Just be sure to wash your hands after using these rubs!
Optional add on Chilli extract
- Oblivion – This 500,000 Scoville extract is the “mildest” of the extracts, but is still extremely hot. As a comparison, a habanero can get up to 350,000 SHU, so you still need to use it with care!
- Doomsday – Measuring 1,600,000 Scovilles, this is approaching the heat of a Carolina reaper chilli. Seriously hot, this will add a huge smack of heat with even just a drop.
- Affliction – This is just insane! Over 9 million Scoville of heat, this is for the hardiest of hot heads. A drop on the end of a cocktail stick is all it takes to add some fire to your dishes. EXTREME CAUTION IS REQUIRED WHEN USING.
