Louisiana Cajun Rub from Poppamies uses top quality ingredients to give the strongest flavours. It is great for chicken and seafood dishes, but use it wherever you want if you love the taste! Use as a dry marinade, rubbing onto the food some time before cooking to let the flavours infuse. You can always mix some with a little oil and brush on if you prefer. The Louisiana Cajun Rub doesn’t have sugar in it like some other Cajun blends. If you want to, you can always add a little if you want to bring more sweetness to the food. Start small though – don’t add too much!
