Original Chilli Oil is a collaboration between Easton Chilli and Wangs of Bristol. These two powerhouses of flavour come together to create a delicious chilli oil  that uses high grade and authentic ingredients. Inspiration comes from the chilli oil Wangs serve in their restaurant alongside their wontons. With lots of garlic and shallots, the finest Somerset Rapeseed oil takes on a mouthwatering flavour. Add to that expertly handled Chinese spices, and you have a really unique and flavourful oil!

Original Chilli Oil is just perfect for spooning over foods, especially the Far Eastern kind! Try it with dumplings, egg dishes, or noodle bowls or as  a dip for finger foods such as spring rolls. It would also make a great ingredient when creating your own dishes, too! As with any chilli oil, it is really versatile and will light up pretty much anything you use it with!

Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers!
