By smoking garlic in house, flavours are in direct control of expert hands. This them blends with high quality ingredients to create a very addictive chilli jam that we just love!
Smoked Garlic Chilli Jam, like many chilli jams, is a versatile condiment, especially if you have a sweet tooth. Bring extra flavour to a sandwich or wrap, serve with a hot pastry or add some to a burger. Pair it with a mature cheese to offset the sharpness and bring bags of flavour it. This is perfect for a cheese board. Of course, you can also use it as a dipping sauce, too. Perfect for Thai and Chinese finger foods and we’re also very fond of dunking pizza crusts in it… your choice how you use it!
Easton Chilli started during lockdown as a start up venture in 2020, making great sauces until late 2023. By then, Rikki could not keep up with demand so he started making sauces out of a rented kitchen in Brislington. Today, he has his own purpose built kitchen and is going from strength to strength, making awesome sauces and even offering sauce making classes. After trying a few sauces at the Hot Sauce Society show, we really wanted to bring his sauces to our customers!
