Zuzu’s 7-Pot Sauce is a super hot sauce that uses some unusual ingredients to get a unique flavour. Sambuca and fennel bring an anise, liquorice like flavour and some sweetness balances it thanks to maple syrup. Then there is the heat! 2nd ingredient on the list is 7-Pot Chilli mash which really raises heat levels very high! If you’re familiar with Hot Ones on YouTube, you may have seen this sauce featured in season 22 in the number 9 spot.
