Dragon Fruit Chilli Jam is a great version of a chilli jam using a fruit that you won’t often find in such a condiment. The dragon fruit is a delicacy in Asia and now you can try it and see why this is down as as a bit of a super food. It contains antioxidants, prebiotics and all kinds of vitamins and minerals and Weymouth 51 make it into a delicious jam!

Dragon Fruit Chilli Jam has only a little chilli heat, allowing the fruity flavours to come through. Use it pretty much anywhere you would use any chilli jam! Great with cold meats, cheeses and so many other foods you would find in that whole cheese board/ charcuterie area.
