Moo Glaze is a fantastic and super tasty sauce that captures all the flavours of a Korean BBQ. The rich flavours of ginger, garlic and soy all sit on a sweet backdrop of brown sugar. Moo Glaze is perfect for marinating meat with before cooking. The flavours infuse into the food and the sugar caramelises and will create a crisp coating. Try some in a stir fry or just drizzle some on your burger patty either before cooking or before eating. Its all good! It’s also great with vegetables and all kinds of other vegetarian/ vegan foods.
