Passion Fruit Chilli Jam is a twist on a classic favourite! While some chillies use tomatoes of even strawberries as the base, Weymouth 51 use passion fruits. These naturally sweet and sour flavour of the fruit pairs perfectly with the chillies and sugar to create a delicious jam that we can’t get enough of. The chilli heat is enough to make itself noticeable, but does not overpower the other flavours.
Passion Fruit Chilli Jam is great pretty much anywhere you would use any other chilli jam. Serve with a cheese board or with cold meats and many other savoury dishes. Try with some halloumi for a different experience or just spread some on toast! You could even add some to a sandwich if you love the sweet, warming flavours.
