Fried Garlic Flakes are a great ingredient to have in the kitchen cupboard, ready to add a burst of flavour to your dish! Very popular in Asian dishes, the wonderful caramelised garlic taste works perfectly with the flavours from the region. The amazing aroma gets to work on the taste buds before you even eat it! Sprinkle onto foods before serving.

You will often find Fried Garlic Flakes in Thai noodle dishes such as boat noodles or chicken noodle soup. Just because they’re a Thai favourite, doesn’t mean you can’t use them wherever you want though! Add some to breakfast eggs, pizzas, tacos and anything else you fancy. Experiment with them to find your favourite use. Just be aware that they aren’t meant to be overpowering and show stealing – rather, they add a further flavour dimension that just enhances things.
