Garlic Salt is a combination of two kitchen essentials in one handy blend. Use it as you would normal Sea Salt to add an extra flavour dimension to your cooking with fragrant garlic. The salt is finely ground to better match the garlic granule size, meaning all the garlic wont fall to the bottom.
Garlic Salt is perfect for use on the dining table too, replacing normal salt. It’s great for so many foods, and if you love garlic it will make any meal better! You can also blend it with other herbs and spices to create your own marinades and rubs for meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. We find that it goes very well with all kinds of roast vegetables and potatoes cooked in almost any way. We also have Celery Salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and Onion Salt as other flavoured salts and Garlic Pepper if you really want garlic to be the star!
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
