Onion Salt is a combination of two kitchen essentials in one handy blend. Use it as you would normal Sea Salt to add an extra flavour dimension to your cooking with aromatic onion. The salt is finely ground to better match the onion granule size, meaning all the onion wont fall to the bottom.
Onion Salt is perfect for use on the dining table too, replacing normal salt. It’s great for so many foods, but we find that on potatoes it really shines. They could be roasted, fried, chipped, as wedges or anything else. You can also blend it with other herbs and spices to create your own marinades and rubs for meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. We also have Minced Onion, is you need to add onion but without the salt, or Garlic Salt and Celery Salt as alternative flavoured salts.
