Lemon Salt is a simple blend of Lemon Peel, Fine Sea Salt and a little citric acid that can be a game changer when you use it with the right foods. The lemon adds a zingy, sharpness that will come out in the food when you use it as a seasoning. Just use it anywhere you would use regular salt (as long as you think lemon would be a complimentary flavour, of course).
Lemon Salt will add extra flavour to meats, fish and vegetables with just a little sprinkle. You could also add some to batters and breadcrumbs for prawns or chicken for a mouth watering flavour. Why not try it with couscous and other grain dishes, pasta or salads? Experiment with it in you cooking and you’re sure to come up with many great tasting dishes!
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out can be impossible!
