Nori Seaweed Sprinkle is a great ingredient to have if you’re into Asian flavours. The fine shred of the leaves adds a wonderful savoury and slightly sweet flavor while adding a splash of green colour to your foods. It’s also rich in nutrients such as vitamin A and C, calcium and antioxidants.
Nori Seaweed Sprinkle is great for adding a subtle but delicious flavour to your sushi dishes, ramen and other noodle dishes. You can also use it to add a savoury flavour to snacks such as popcorn or just use it with your lunch. Sprinkle onto avocado toast for an extra flavour dimension, or anything else you fancy to use it with. We’re a big fan of experimenting with flavours! Other great herbs that you can use as a sprinkle include Fines Herbes, Italian Herb Seasoning, Mixed Herbs and Herbes de Provence.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
