Red Bell Pepper Powder

Red Bell Pepper Powder, while in the same family as chilli peppers, has no heat at all. This is why it’s here in the fruit and veg section instead of the chilli pepper section. This powder will add a delicious, red pepper flavour to your foods, quickly and easily and without altering liquid content. It is also far easier than chopping and deseeding peppers as you need them.

Red Bell Pepper Powder is great to add to dishes as it is, stirring into it to add flavour. This could be soup, stews or your own sauce and more besides. You can add it to quiches to enhance flavours, perfect for using alongside fresh peppers in this case. Add some to dry rubs and marinades to get the taste of bell pepper or add a little water to it to make a paste. Peppers are a real kitchen staple so this powder could have so many uses in your culinary creations.
