Winner of a gold in the Taste of the West awards, this is a delicious sauce that ticks all the boxes you’d want from a sweet chilli sauce. The chilli seeds are left in the sauce and, in combination with the perfect consistency, make for a great texture and mouth feel. Heat is mild at the beginning, building to a decent kick toward the end.

Sweet Chilli Sauce with Fresh Ginger & Garlic is a perfect partner for pretty much any deep fried food. The spiciness cuts through with its bright zingyness, complimenting and balancing flavours.
