Truffle & Chilli Olive Oil is a premium quality product from Weymouth 51. Using cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, it is light and delicious and great for many foods. The addition of Italian Black Truffle adds some real luxury and a wonderful flavour. With some chilli peppers in the bottle, you also get a warming, spicy tingle too. Rating is very mild as far as heat goes, enough to add an extra dimension, but not overpower the delicacy of the oil.
Truffle & Chilli Olive Oil is perfect for drizzling over many foods! Add an extra great taste to pasta dishes, risotto, salads, chips and much more. Use with pizza either on top or dipping the crusts. As an extra virgin olive oil, it is better as a drizzle rather than a frying oil. You can, of course, but it tends to be an expensive way to cook food!
