Pink Himalayan Salt (Fine) is a very popular alternative to regular table salt for a few reasons. It goes through minimal processing from mining to table, meaning it doesn’t have all the harsh production methods in it’s manufacture. It also contains a whole wealth of minerals, including over 70 micro nutrients and compounds. While you shouldn’t rely solely on the mineral content in the salt to supply your bodily needs, it is more of a supporting role in mineral intake.
Pink Himalayan Salt (Fine) is perfectly suitable to swap out for regular salt, whether in the kitchen of on the dining table. Add to any dish you want to season to enhance flavours of or combine into your own spice blends or marinades. Being a fine salt, you don’t need to grind it yourself, it’s ready to go as a handy seasoning as it is. The colour is also more attractive on the table than standard table salt, too.
