Roast Potato Seasoning is a blend of spices and herbs that you can use on potatoes to give them a superb flavour! It is a combination of Semolina, Halen Mon Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Granules and Rosemary. The semolina helps create a crispy texture on the potatoes and the flakes of salt add a further mouthwatering crunch. The other ingredients just add to the aromatic, savoury flavours to really elevate your roasties to the next level!
Roast Potato Seasoning is simple to use! If you par boil your potatoes, after draining them, toss them in the seasoning (a couple of tablespoons per kilo of potatoes – adjust to taste) to coat and rough up the edges. Then just roast as you normally would, basting with the oil now and then. You could also use this seasoning for potato wedges, fries and more, if you want to. As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
