Beef Brisket Seasoning is perfect for adding lots of flavour to low and slow cooked beef. It is a blend of Smoked Paprika, Guajillo Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Coriander Seed, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Garlic Granules and Mexican Oregano. Season the beef to make a spicy coating that will infuse into the meat while it cooks.
Beef Brisket Seasoning works very well with all kinds of beef, not just brisket. Use it lightly with steaks, and a bit heavier for beef joints. You can even flavour burgers, corned beef and much more besides. If you find you like these flavours, you can add it to all kinds of other dishes, like soups, casseroles, stews and the like. PLEASE NOTE – This blend has no salt in it, so you can add as little or as much as you want. We recommend adding at least some to really bring out and enhance the flavours of the spices.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
