Peppery Steak Seasoning – No Salt

Peppery Steak Seasoning is great if you like to season your steaks with extra flavours. It is a blend of Black Pepper, Yellow Mustard Powder, Onion Granules and Garlic Granules. This combination goes very well with beef and is great for seasoning other foods as well.

Depending on who you talk to, some say that steak doesn’t really need any extra flavours with it. While we agree that steak is generally delicious, sometimes adding some flavour is a good thing too. Getting the balance of spices right with the taste of beef is a real treat, especially if you don’t have steak very often.

To get great results from a steak, let your steak warm to room temperature before patting each side dry. Use about 10g on each side of the steak, (depending on how big it is and how strong a flavour you want) and leave to let the flavours infuse. Then, just cook as you normally would and serve with whatever you like! PLEASE NOTE – This blend has no salt in it, so you can add as little or as much as you want. We recommend adding at least some to really bring out and enhance the flavours of the spices.

As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
