Smoked Soy Sauce from The Wasabi Company is a great quality sauce that gives all the delicious umami flavours you’d expect, with a deep smokiness. This flavour comes from smoking the soy over cherry wood, which imparts an amazing flavour. Like many of the best quality soy sauces, there are far fewer ingredients than some brands. No colours, preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial ingredients. Pure ingredients give the best products and this is a great example of that ethos.

Smoked Soy Sauce is ideal for use with other sauces and dishes in small amounts. Add a little to boost smoke and umami flavours, whether you’re on a cooking odyssey or making beans on toast! Combine with other soy sauces or Japanese condiments to make a custom blend dipping sauce. Up the smoky flavours of bonito flakes in a dashi stock or miso soup. Remember – a little goes a long way! Be sure to store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
