Sweet Hibiscus Margarita Salt Rim is a blend of salt, sugar and spices that combine to make a great, ready to use mix for your cocktails. The sugar and salt hit both sets of taste buds at the same time before the chilli heat and flavour of hibiscus come in. This makes for a great precursor for the margarita that quickly follows! Of course, you can use it with any other cocktail you like – don’t just limit it to the margarita! Why not try it on the rim of a glass of beer too?
Sweet Hibiscus Margarita Salt Rim is primarily a blend for cocktail glasses, but there’s more you can do with it. You can season popcorn or roast nuts with it to add a unique sweet and salty flavour, with a chilli kick. This is a great way to bring more flavour and interest to your favourite sweet and salty snacks!
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
Ingredients – Sugar, Hibiscus Flowers (14.5%), Sea Salt, Citric Acid, De Arbol Chilli & Guajillo Chilli.
