Sage & Onion Salt

Sage and Onion Salt combines 3 simple ingredients into a blend that is greater than the sum of its parts. We love it when it’s time to package this up because the fragrance from it is simply wonderful – like a Sunday roast. We already know Sage and Onion is an amazing combination, but now you can get those flavours on your chips, roast potatoes… Whatever, really! Perfect for a spice grinder, you can use it in the kitchen or on the dining table.

Sage and Onion Salt is perfect for a great many foods, adding an aromatic, savoury flavour to dishes. Make up your own rubs and marinades, grind some into batters and breadcrumbs, or flavour chicken and pork to perfection. You could even add some to bread recipes to add an extra burst of deliciousness. As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
