Chinese Salt & Pepper Seasoning

Chinese Salt & Pepper Seasoning is a blend of punchy, aromatic spices that will help create delicious takeaway flavours at home. It is a mix of Fine Sea Salt, Garlic Granules, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Star Anise and Cloves. This is a pretty versatile blend that you can use with a lot of foods to get an instant flavour sensation! Fry your favourite meat or vegetables with Chinese Salt & Pepper Seasoning, it is great with chicken, prawns, fish, onions and peppers, but can go with anything you want. Bake chicken wings with it for a great starter or buffet food!

One of the most popular uses for this blend is to season chips and other potato foods. When you take them out of the oven, sprinkle some Chinese Salt & Pepper Seasoning on them while still very hot. Of course, you can do it at the table if not everybody wants to use it! You’ll get heat and salt as well as all the aromatic flavours coming through – so good! We also have Garnion Chip Seasoning and Piri Piri Chip Seasoning and we also find that Smoke ‘n’ Spice Seasoning works great on chips too!
