Rogan Josh Curry Powder is perfect for taking a lot of the work out of creating authentic Indian flavours at home. It is a blend of Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Ginger, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Sunflower Oil, Pimento, Turmeric Oleoresin and Cumin Seed Oil. Make up a curry sauce with the powder and then add whatever you want to it to create a deliciously fragrant meal. Chicken, meats and vegetables all work very well with these flavours.
Rogan Josh Curry Powder, like most of the other curry powders, are great as a food seasoning to bring more interest to foods. Sprinkle some onto chips or potato wedges, or on popcorn and other snacks to add an Indian flavour. You can also make up your own sauces, dips and marinades too. The heat from chillies is a subjective thing we find; what some may find too hot, others might find tame. Therefore, you should go easy on chillies, chilli powders and blends with chilli powders in them to find the heat level you like. If you are tasting as you go, you can always add a little more if you need to, but taking heat out is difficult if not impossible.
