Mild Curry Powder is the perfect blend to bring big flavours to your food with minimal heat. It is a careful mix of Ground Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Mustard, Salt, Ginger, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Cassia, Cloves and Allspice. You can quickly make a curry sauce by chopping and frying an onion, adding 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder, a tin of tomatoes and water. Just bring to the boil and simmer for a while. This goes great with chicken, fish and vegetables, but you can add what you like.
Mild Curry Powder isn’t only for making curries. It is also great for bring a kick of flavour to other foods too, such as soups, sauces and cheese dishes. Sprinkle some on crisps or popcorn for a delicious snack!
