Barbeque Burning Herbs are a special blend that will add lots of flavour to food that you grill with it. It is made up of Kibbled Bay, Rosemary, Fennel Seeds, Turkish Oregano and Thyme. To use them, grab a small handful (which suits a medium to large barbeque) and spread over the hot coals before adding the food. As the herbs burn, they’ll flavour any food on the bars above while cooking, infusing it with herbs and smoke.
