Shawarma Spice Blend (No Salt)

Shawarma Spice Blend (No Salt) is a high quality blend of herbs and spices that will bring an amazing flavour to your dishes. It consists of Black Pepper, Allspice, Garlic, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cayenne, Turkish Oregano and Lemon Myrtle. Suitable for pretty much any meat, you can make your own kebabs up either out of a single meat or a combination. If you have the facility to cook it on a rotary grill, you’ll be as close to authentic as you can be!

Shawarma Spice Blend (No Salt) may not be as cheap as some other blends, but that’s because it contains superb ingredients. Allspice, Cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, lemon myrtle – these are all higher cost spices, but the flavours they add are well worth it! PLEASE NOTE – this blend has no salt in it, so you can add as little or as much as you’d like. We recommend adding a little really bring out and enhance flavours.

The heat from chillies is a subjective thing, we find; what some may find too hot, others might find tame. Therefore, you should go easy on chilli powders and blends with chilli powders in them to find a heat level you like. If you’re tasting as you go, you can always add a little more if you need to, but taking heat out is difficult if not impossible.
