Naga Masala Curry Powder is a blend of herbs and spices that will really bring the fire to your food! It is a mix of Cloves, Cardamom, Star Anise, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Lime Leaf, Cayenne Pepper, Aleppo Pepper, Naga/ Ghost Pepper Chilli Powder, Black Pepperand Green Jalapeno. The varieties of chilli powder bring flavour as well as the burn from the Naga powder, and the complex blend of spices compliment it with a great flavour.
If you love very hot curries, this may be the curry powder for you! Naga Masala Curry Powder will give you a heat level much hotter than a vindaloo (comparing equal amounts of mix). Use directly into a curry, make a paste with a little water and use as a marinade or even just stir into baked beans! Ghost Chilli Powder comes in at around 1,000,000 on the Scoville heat scale, compared to cayenne which is about 20,000. Be sure you want this level of heat before use and try to add a little at a time to get the flavour and heat you want. Adding a little at a time is easy, taking it out again can be impossible! Handle with care!
