It is a blend of Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Chilli Powder, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Fennel, Cardamom, Cumin, Mustard, Cloves, Star Anise and Black Pepper. With such a long list of ingredients, you’ll get exquisite flavours with whatever you cook, be it chicken, meat, fish or vegetables.
Malaysian Curry Powder can add flavour and fragrance to sauces, marinades and dips for use with many foods. You can use it in stews, soups and casseroles to add an extra dimension, or simply sprinkle some over your favourite potato dishes for an extra treat!
The heat from chillies is a subjective thing we find; what some may find too hot, others might find tame. Therefore, you should go easy on chillies, chilli powders and blends with chilli powders in them to find the heat level you like. If you are tasting as you go, you can always add a little more if you need to, but taking heat out is difficult if not impossible.
