Kashmiri Curry Powder is a blend of high quality ingredients that help you create delicious curries at home. It is a mix of Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic Powder, Fennel, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf and Turmeric. With an ingredient set like that, you know this will taste great! Kashmiri Chillies are low in heat, which is perfect if you’re not as big fan of the burn, but love the flavours of a curry.
Kashmiri Curry Curry Powder is not only great for making curries. You can add it to other foods as well to get those great flavours with anything you like. Sprinkle over baked potatoes, fries or wedges, stir into soups or baked beans or mix some with mayo to make a dip. PLEASE NOTE – This blend has no salt in it, so you can add as little or as much as you want. We recommend adding a little to really bring out and enhance the flavours of the spices. Other curry powders we stock include Tikka Masala, Madras Hot, Madras Medium, Vindaloo – No salt and Punjabi Masala, to name a few.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
